Real Estate is truly my passion and joy. Ever since hearing the story of how my mom knocked on many neighbors’ doors to purchase our first home in the Beacon Hill neighborhood of Seattle, I have always been inspired to navigate the vast world of Real Estate and bring this understanding to others (education is also one of my passions).
Born and raised in Seattle, I consider myself an expert of this great city and it’s surrounding areas (even with the vastly changing landscapes). Since starting my Real Estate career in 2001, I have accumulated a wide spectrum of unique knowledge and skills - from the technicalities of septic tanks and oil tanks, the complexities of land use and development, to the creativity of interior design and staging. I love learning hands-on and expanding my expertise in all areas!
My love of Real Estate is perfectly complimented by my experiences in Business and Education. Growing up, I helped with my mom's jewelry business at the Pike Place Market. We would also travel to fairs and festivals, which were such fun adventures. Eventually, I made my own mark at the Pike Place Market owning and running a small card & gift shop called Paper Moon in the Stewart Building (near the orginal Starbucks). In regards to Education, I earned my AA in Early Childhood Education and was blessed to be an educator for 11 years.
Outside of Real Estate, I enjoy golfing, spending time with my growing family, giving back to the community, and serving philanthropically on the board of Kids Co and committee for St. George Parish School. Some of my ongoing charitable contributions include the Windermere Foundation, Kids Co (Evergreen Children’s Association), Treehouse for Kids, St. Vincent de Paul, and the Tri-Parish Schools (St. George, St. Paul, St. Edward, St. Peter).
I am a REALTOR (a member of the Washington Association of Realtors and the Seattle/King County Association of Realtors), as well as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), and a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
I grew up immersed in Real Estate (as Elinor is my mom) -- helping set up for Open Houses, driving around all parts of Seattle and beyond to look at houses for clients, stamping and labeling mailings during the car rides to school, attending conventions and educational seminars for fun (really, I'm a self-development junkie). My nature is service-oriented, having many years experience in hospitality and customer service. In November 2016 I joined Elinor's team to bring this passion to her business, and in March 2017 I became a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of WA.

Eddie brings to our team an entrepreneurial spirit with years of real life experience in the field and behind the scenes. His passionate desire for results and his hands-on, face-to-face approach makes Eddie a strong advocate for the success of our clients.
For over the past 20 years, he has considered the Pacific Northwest his home. While in Seattle he has had the opportunity to develop strong customer service, cultural awareness and a sense of empathy. As Graduate in Finance and Economics from Western Washington University Eddie enjoys everything about numbers and loves pairing this with his enthusiasm for Real Estate. He personally bought his first real estate property when he was 19 years old. Outside the office you can find him playing on the snow, surfing or simply enjoying the opportunity to meet new people from all over the area, one door at the time.
